CHERRY 0090 ZIRAAT (NAPOLEON)

This variety of cherry is very easy to transport. It holds the % 90 share in Turkish Cherry export business. Often sold in Europe under the names of ‘Napoleon’ or ‘Turkish Cherry‘. Long-stemmed fruits are big, crispy and juicy. The fruit skin is red; the fruit flesh is bright red. This type can mature from June to August depending on altitude.

CHERRY ROYAL KING (SALIHLI)

The Royal King is a late variety with a big crunchy structure, dark color and high brix levels. It is a sister variety of the Regina cherry. It is known as 'salihli' type in Turkey. This type is the best for the Chinese and Europe market. It is highly suitable for export by air, sea container and trucks. 

CHERRY REGINA

This variety is very large and has dark skin, firm, low-acid sweet flavor, with consumer acceptance. Regina Cherry is very resistant to rain cracking, and an excellent transport food. The fruit flesh is bright red, juicy and fancy look. Harvest starts from end of June till beginning of July.

PEACH REDHAVEN

This variety is large with almost fuzzless skin over firm, creamy textured yellow flesh. The mid-sized fruits are (app. 125g) little sour and little juicy. Harvest season starts in mid June for Redhaven Peaches.

PEACH DIXIRED

Dixired Peaches are medium sized with red skin and light fuzz. It colors before it matures; firm, yellow flesh with good flavor and semi-freestone form. It weights app. 175g. It is produced in Aeagan and Mediterranean parts of Turkey. It is also a highly preferred variety.

PEACH CRESTHAVEN

Medium to large peach with golden skin overlaid with red stripes; firm, yellow flesh is juicy and resists browning; freestone form, growing in Aegean and Marmara regions in Turkey. This is a late harvest (second week of August) variety.

PLUM ANGELINA

Fruits are large, round and smoky. Skin color is purple-black. The fruit flesh is red, crispy, juicy and tasty. Harvest in Mediterranean parts begins in the second half of June. It is a resistant variety for hand process and transport.

Mid-sized fruit with a smoky skin. The fruit crust color is mixture of pink, purple and black tones with yellow spots. The fruit flesh is red, crispy and a little juicy. This wide fruit is app 40 mm long and 70g weight. Back diamond plum harvest begins at the first week of August.

PLUM BLACK SPLANDER JAPANESE

Fruits are large, round and smoky. Skin color is purple-black. The fruit flesh (pulp) is red, crispy, juicy and tasty. Harvest in Mediterranean parts begins in the second half of June. It is a resistant variety for hand process and transport.

PLUM PAPAZA

Also known by different names such as Papaza Plum, Sour Plum, Persian Plum or Turkish Plum. This mid-sized, round shaped fruit is approximately 34g heavy. There is a distinct stripe in the middle of the fruit crossing around it. The color is dark green and smoky at the top. The flesh is green, crispy and juicy which is the best form of consumption. Available through May.
