POMEGRANATE HICAZ
Patent for this fruit is taken via Antalya Western Mediterranean Institute of Auditing. It is the most common variety in Turkish fruit export. The skin color is red. The seed grains are dark red. The taste is sour sweet. The seed hardness is intermediate, very convenient for storage (up to 6 months). The fruit diameter is 65-95mm, weight between 150-400 g. Sap is % 48,91.

POMEGRANATE CANER (SEEDLESS)
This variety which was also known as seedless Pomegranate reclaimed by Dr. Caner Onur. It is convenient for storage. It is a large fruit with dark red crust color. Lately, it has been popular for export in Turkey.
QUINCE ESME
This is the most popular variety in Turkey. This sour-sweet fruit is round, long down to stem and very juicy. Very suitable for transportation. Can be stored up to 6 months.


QUINCE EKMEK
A very good quality large pear shaped quince with attractive bright yellow fruit. The fruit flesh (pulp) is crispy, juicy and sourish.

QUINCE LEMON (LIMON)
Lemon Quince is a high market value variety with lemon yellow color. Lemon Quince has a lengthy structure down toward its stem. The fruit flesh (pulp) is crispy, juicy and sourish.
CHESTNUT MARRON (SEKERCI, KABAASI)
This Marron Chestnut is also known as 'Sekerci or Kabaasi' in Turkey. It is the most popular variety of consumption around the world. It has brown color with dark brown stripes. Turkey ranks 3th place after China and Korea in production in the world. This variety originated from Turkey and highly popular in Europe. The available sizes are 55-65, 70-80, 80-90, 100-120.

FIG BURSA BLACK
The world's best quality fig Black Bursa has a specific solid structure. It is the most preferred fig because of its resistant build long self-life and transport convenience. Bursa Black Figs are one of the only fruit which does not require or need any chemical spray application. It is a safe fruit growing in natural environment conditions. The fruits are large, round; the crust color is dark purple –purplish black. Fruit flesh is firm wide and dark red color.
The sultana is a "white" (pale green), oval seedless grape variety also called the sultanina, Thompson Seedless (United States), Lady de Coverly (England), and oval-fruited Kishmish (Iran, Turkey, Palestine). This variety has % 98 of fruit export in Turkey. Normal size bunches weight 450-500g. Also, this is very good variety for raisins. (dried grape)
GRAPE SUPERIOR (SEEDLESS)
This variety is growing in Aegean, Mediterranean and Southeast Anatolian regions in Turkey. It is an early-growing fruit. Harvest begins at the end of July. It has big bunches (app. 750g) with irregular tightly grapes. Each grape weights 5g, color changes from green to yellow. Fruits have oval seedless scrub shape.
GRAPE RED GLOBE
The Red Globe is a variety of very large (12-14g), seeded red grapes (3-4 seeds) with firm flesh used mainly as a table grape. It can be grown outdoors in very warm areas with long growing seasons. Red Globe has big tight bunches (1000g). Red Globe harvest season is September-October.
GRAPE CARDINAL
This variety is growing in Aegean, Mediterranean and Marmara regions in Turkey. It’s an early growing variety in middle of July harvest time. The bunches are big (500-650g), conical, and rare granular. The fruits are big (7g) red-purple colored. Each fruit has 2-4 seeds.
GRAPE RAZAKI
This mid-season grape (ripens in August –September) variety is growing in Denizli, Aydın and Izmir regions. The bunches are big and weight 450-500g. These big, heavy (5g. each) fruits are yellowish, long and elliptical. Each fruit has 2-3 seeds.
